CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative in Evansville, IN. The role focuses on promoting nationally distributed products in convenience and retail stores, building relationships with store personnel, and maintaining planogram compliance.

The position offers a flexible daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, weekly pay and paid training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits such as health, vision, and dental.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
