Job summary

CRO-US in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed brands in convenience and retail stores. You’ll engage with store management, set up displays, stock shelves, and ensure accurate pricing and signage, traveling to multiple locations as needed.

The role offers a flexible daytime schedule with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
