Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative in Mountain Top, PA to promote nationally distributed products and build relationships with store staff. You will ensure displays and shelving meet planograms while traveling to multiple stores in the territory.

Applicants should be 18+, comfortable with smart devices, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
