Job summary

CRO-US is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products in Springfield, IL. You will develop relationships with store management across multiple locations while placing shelf items and building attractive product displays.

The role emphasizes flexible daytime hours with no evenings or weekends, attention to planograms, and accuracy in pricing. Prior retail or customer service experience is helpful, and reliable transport is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
