Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is hiring a Sales Floor Team Member to keep the sales floor stocked, merchandised, and inviting for customers. You will help customers, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

This role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays; previous retail experience is preferred. Training includes round-up donations and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and polite customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock the sales floor with new merchandise and ensure displays are neat.
• Assist customers in locating items and answer questions.
• Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
• Encourage round-up donations and maintain sales accountability.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
