Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Store Associate to act as the point of contact for customers, stock merchandise, and assist with checkout processes. You will help maintain plan-o-grams and displays while ensuring efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and processing sales with the cash register. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior cash handling experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to perform IBM cash register functions.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons; store or stock on floor.
• Build and rotate displays; restock merchandise.
• Assist customers in locating items and check out.
• Operate cash register to total purchases and make change.
• Assist with ordering merchandise using hand-held scanners.
