Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser for Davidson Specialty Foods. The role involves traveling daily to local grocery stores to stock shelves, reset displays and manage inventory within an assigned MA territory.

The schedule supports a 5-day work week with flexible start times. COMPANY offers pay between $20 and $22 per hour, paid training, and benefits from day 1, plus travel and mileage reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers.
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to needs.
• Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in assigned territory.
• Assist with new display setups and reset existing displays of product.
• Pack out grocery orders when needed and follow planograms to adjust shelves.
• Clean, straighten and organize shelves and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Travel/mobility required to reach various stores within the territory.

As a Retail Sales Merchandiser with Davidson Specialty Foods, you will become a key part of ensuring that local grocery stores have stocked shelves and can continue to supply their consumers.

Job Description

• Pay - $20 - $22.00/hr
• Job Type - Full-time
• Territory – New Bedford, Wareham, Plymouth, Fall River, MA

Schedule

• 5-day work week- (flexibility needed, Weekends/Holidays)
• Flex start (7:00 am - 3:30 pm; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

You will contribute by:

• Traveling daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory
• Assisting with new display setups and resetting existing displays of product
• Packing out grocery orders when needed
• Following planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly
• Cleaning, straightening, and organizing shelves
• Remaining accountable to completion of work by assigned due dates
• The nature of the role requires transportation to get to and from work
