Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure local grocery stores are stocked and ready for customers. You will travel daily within the North Shore Boston Metro footprint, set up and reset displays, and help with packing orders. Mileage is reimbursed and pay is per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations.

• Clear and persuasive communication in positive or negative situations.
• Ability to read and interpret written information and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory.
• Assist with new display setups and resetting existing displays of product.
• Pack out grocery orders when needed.
• Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly.
• Clean, straighten, and organize shelves.
• Remain accountable to completion of work by assigned due dates.

Job Description

The Basics:

• Pay : $20.00 - $22.00/hr + Weekly Pay
• Schedule : Full-time (5 days/week). Flexible morning starts (7 AM, 8 AM, or 9 AM). Requires weekend/holiday flexibility.
• Location : Daily travel within the North Shore Boston Metro footprint. Mileage and travel are reimbursed.
