Stronghouse Sales - Retail is seeking a Retail Sales Marketer to drive high-quality leads and boost brand presence at events and big-box retailers. You will engage customers, capture information, set appointments, and act as a brand ambassador.

You should be energetic, outgoing, and comfortable standing for long periods, with a focus on achieving lead targets. Evening and weekend availability is required, with base pay of $18–$20 per hour plus bonus opportunities based on performance.

Position Summary

The Retail Sales Marketer is responsible for generating high-quality leads and building brand awareness through direct customer engagement at events, outreach, and big-box retail locations. This role requires an energetic, outgoing individual who excels at face-to face interaction and customer engagement. Responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals administered by the Territory Field Marketing Manager.

Compensation

• Hourly base pay of $18–$20, based on experience, plus bonus structure
