Q39 is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Kansas City to lead and grow the company’s retail business across all channels. You will develop strategies, build relationships, and drive revenue through both in-house and external partners.

You’ll manage inventory, forecast demand, and create compelling in-store displays while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role offers strong earning potential through base salary plus high commissions and quarterly rewards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities with proven negotiation skills.
• Solid budgeting, budgeting processes and data analysis capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of product offerings and market competitors.
• Understanding of P&L, sales forecasting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Grow retail sales across restaurants, online store, and third‑party partners.
• Identify and secure new retail accounts and distribution opportunities.
• Build and expand relationships with existing partners and increase market presence.
• Forecast inventory, manage purchasing, and ensure product availability.
• Create compelling retail displays to drive purchases.
• Analyze sales trends and implement revenue-maximizing strategies.
• Represent the Q39 brand and drive award‑winning products to more customers.
