Job summary

Aaron's Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager in Beaumont, TX to drive sales and customer relationships. You will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewals, and ensure merchandise is well displayed and priced to Aaron’s standards.

The role offers an hourly wage with incentive pay and a range of benefits. You will work with a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US; 18+ in Canada.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification as required by location.
• Flexible schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is unavailable.
