Superpawn in Phoenix is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate. Enjoy $15.25–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and benefits. Join a team that helps customers with pawn services, processes sales, and maintains a welcoming sales floor.

You’ll handle loans, explain terms, and assist customers while supporting store operations and cash handling. Bilingual applicants are encouraged, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts starting day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays; bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
