Cash America Pawn in El Paso, TX is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. Earn $11.00–$13.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. You’ll help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries, explain terms, and ensure a smooth experience while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma/GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
