Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern for an on-site, part-time role in Terre Haute, Indiana. You will work closely with the Store Manager on sales, merchandising, and operations to learn Buckle’s retail business and management practices.

The internship covers guest service, merchandising, recruiting and training activities, and performance tracking across departments. A four-year degree pursuit is expected and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in relevant field of study.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
• Interested in long-term commitment with Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Explain products and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Open and close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and price markdowns.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and training of teammates.
