American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in the United States is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team.

You will rock LOD shifts, manage daily store operations, and train and celebrate associates while driving strong sales and guest satisfaction. You will recruit and develop talent to ensure adequate staffing and uphold AE’s Guest First culture, while innovating in-store visual standards and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• You can multi-task and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.

Responsibilities

• You drive sales as a key LOD by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• You motivate and inspire the team through AE's core values and uphold service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• You recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure the store is adequately staffed and continues to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• You set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching.
• You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards to keep Fitting Rooms guest-ready.
• You uphold store safety standards, asset protection standards, and adhere to AE policies.
