Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. Is seeking a full‑time Sales Leader in Midland, TX to support the Store Leadership Team. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, drive sales, train associates, and ensure a best-in-class guest experience while upholding brand standards.

You will recruit and coach staff, monitor KPI performance, and maintain visual and operational standards across the store. This role requires flexible availability to meet guest needs and store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales results.
• Strong coaching and development for associates to meet service standards.
• Ability to recruit and onboard new staff and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
