Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in retail setting.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions.
• Standing for shifts and able to lift 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).
• Willingness to train as a piercing assistant and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and upsell promotions to drive revenue.
• Maintain store displays and inventory for easy shopping.
• Support Store Manager and motivate the team to keep energy high.
• Suggest products to boost sales and reflect current fashion trends.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling and merchandising.
