Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Must be 18+ and able to stand for scheduled shifts.
• Candidate should be organized, self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to drive sales.
• Upsell accessories and promote promos to boost revenue.
• Assist with store merchandising, inventory and displays.
• Support the Store Manager with team motivation and training.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion trends.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness and efficient operations.
• Encourage customers to share purchases on social media.
