Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Clearwater, FL to deliver personalized customer experiences and guide store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, becoming a leader who can step in as manager when needed while maintaining LOFT's visual and service standards.

Your role involves coaching, using technology, and ensuring seamless omnichannel shopping. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store operations.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to staff.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards and focus on the customer.
• Leverage tools to maintain an omnichannel shopping experience.
