Job summary

Ann Taylor is hiring a Sales Lead in Allen, TX to support and role model exceptional customer experiences and assist the Store Manager. You will guide associates, maintain brand standards, and help drive omnichannel shopping with available tools.

You will lead onboarding, coach teams, and step in as manager when needed. Flexible evenings and weekends are often required, with a focus on delivering personalized service and store profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and technology.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and prioritization skills.
