Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 1894-Brookhaven Village-ANN-Norman, OK 73072 to join our team. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver personalized customer experiences and to coach associates, becoming an expert on store operations so you can step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and use our tools to drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
