Job summary

Le Creuset Altoona is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Lead (Part-Time) to join our premium retail team. You will support sales, customer service, and daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and safeguarding store procedures.

You will help drive sales, share product knowledge, and maintain visual and operational standards while contributing to a positive team environment. A true passion for cooking and the Le Creuset brand is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, or other key-holder responsibilities preferred.
• Dependability, sound judgment, and ability to follow security and operational procedures.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand.

• Open and Close the Store: perform opening/closing procedures, secure the store, manage keys and alarm codes, cash-handling responsibilities, and safety checks.
• Support Sales and Customer Experience: contribute to sales/KPI goals, provide personalized service, share product knowledge.
• Maintain Operational and Visual Standards: support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss-prevention, and visual/operational standards.
• Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: communicate effectively, collaborate with team and leadership, and adapt to changing needs.

As a Retail Sales Lead/Key Holder (Part-Time), you are a trusted member of the retail store team who supports sales, customer service, and daily store operations. You will be responsible for designated opening and closing duties, including securing the store and completing required cash-handling and operational procedures. Through your enthusiasm for the Le Creuset brand and products, you will create exceptional customer experiences, contribute to store sales goals, and help maintain our visual and operational standards.

• Open and Close the Store: Perform authorized opening and closing procedures, including securing the store, managing keys and alarm codes, completing cash-handling responsibilities, and ensuring required operational and safety checks are completed.
• Support Sales and Customer Experience: Contribute to the achievement of sales and KPI goals, provide personalized service, and share product knowledge related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Maintain Operational and Visual Standards: Support cash management, merchandising, inventory control, loss-prevention procedures, and the execution of Le Creuset’s visual and operational standards.
• Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: Communicate effectively, collaborate with team members and store leadership, demonstrate accountability, and adapt to changing business needs.
