• Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and upcoming events.
• Maintain a client book and follow up to build long-term relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
• Engage customers and recommend additional products to grow sales.
• Assist with outreach, appointment-based selling, and events.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked; assist with restocking and floor changes.
• Support inventory management and communicate stock needs to leadership.
• Process transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain POS accuracy.
