Fabletics is seeking a Retail Full-Time Sales Lead for our NEW location at Westfield Southcenter in Seattle, WA. You will guide customer experiences, lead a dedicated team, and partner with the Store Manager to hit bold targets while promoting our brand.

You will engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function, drive events, and maintain store merchandising to create an inviting shopping journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
