Qualifications

• Retail sales experience and ability to lead a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Ability to train and develop a successful sales team
• Willingness to learn and promote from within
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices
• Perform opening and closing duties according to company policy
• Supervise and manage all daily store operations in store management’s absence
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers
• Resolve customer issues effectively
• Understand Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team
• Willingness to climb, reach, bend, and lift as needed
