Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Chico’s at Store 0610-LaCenterra in Katy, TX. You will supervise the team, model outstanding hospitality, and uphold brand standards to deliver memorable, personalized customer experiences.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a hands‑on style. Regular/part‑time hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on teamwork and store performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni‑channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, merchandising replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team environment.
