Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead in Williamsburg, VA to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model our hospitality-driven culture. You will direct operations, coach associates, and help deliver personalized, brand-aligned experiences that reflect our values.

This role requires a customer-centered approach and strong teamwork. You will support store leadership with opening/closing tasks, scheduling, and inventory management while staying current on promotions and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations and opening/closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and merchan­dise replenishment.
• Maintain familiarity with current sales, promotions, and store policies.
