You will coach selling behaviors, ensure a welcoming customer connection, and lead day-to-day operations from pricing to inventory to keep our famous styles easily shoppable.

You will mentor associates, embrace diversity, maintain a positive mindset, and contribute to a busy retail environment with a passion for shoes and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or management experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train associates.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
