Chico’s Morgantown store is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities across store operations. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality and brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge sharing, and an omni-channel approach to meet store goals while maintaining inventory, promotions, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
