Job summary

You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach staff, manage operations, and ensure knowledge of promotions and policies. Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing responsibilities.
