Job summary

Savage X Fenty is seeking a driven Retail Sales Lead for Lenox Square Mall in Atlanta, GA to support Store Leadership in building an inclusive, high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work with the Store Leader to uphold our values and innovate the retail experience in our first IRL locations.

You will lead by example, coaching sales advisors, maintaining VM standards, and fostering a culture focused on body positivity and authenticity while meeting sales

Qualifications

• Retail experience in high-volume environments (1–2 years) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity while guiding multiple initiatives.
• Tech-savvy with daily use of technology as part of responsibilities.
• Organizational powerhouse with a strong sense of urgency and time management.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
• Flexibility with your schedule; hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep an inclusive store culture reflective of our values and brand ethos, engaging sales advisors and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Leaders to deliver a dynamic customer journey aided by visuals and technology.
• Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving accountability across performance.
• Address opportunities, risks, and blockers with urgency, collaborating with Store Leader and cross-functional teams.
• Engage guests and VIP members with a focus on body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
• Provide training and feedback to store team on customer service model, performance expectations, and operations.
