You will guide associates to reach their highest potential, train staff, and step into the Manager role when needed, while upholding brand standards and store policies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of our products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
