Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating, Cooling is hiring a Sales Lead Generator to engage customers in store demonstrations of heating and cooling solutions. You will promote home performance tune-ups and schedule in-home consultations with our energy-focused experts handling follow-up sales steps.

No experience? Paid training is provided and you can pursue a clear path to a Sales Advisor role. Full-time and part-time shifts are available in Stockbridge, GA.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
• Willingness to approach, speak and engage with customers.
• Sales experience is preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate.
• Driven personality with an internal competitive spirit to exceed goals.
• Willingness to work weekend, high-volume, retail hours. Some holidays required.
• Ability to stand/walk during shift duration.
• Responsibility to represent the ARS brand with a clean appearance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old at date of application.

Responsibilities
