Overview

The Lead impacts brand standards and the teammate experience. Guided by the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead is the in-store expert of their department, focused on delivering excellent customer service and providing direction to teammates. Key qualities include leading by example, empathy, resilience, optimism, and collaboration.

• Supports building and hiring a strong team through interviews and tours.
• Builds a people-first culture by connecting with teammates to foster trust and respect.
• Plans and organizes 30-day strategies with guidance, aligning workforce and store activities.
• Leverages teammates to meet brand standards, execute programs, and prioritize tasks.
• Maintains merchandising standards, including floor sets, signage, and inventory presentation.
• Assists with general supervision and training of teammates, including onboarding and cross-training.
• Prioritizes coaching and development, providing hands-on guidance and explaining the 'why'.
• Supports the store's vision by aligning responsibilities with organizational goals and enhancing the shopping experience.
• Creates an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Adheres to safety, loss prevention policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Supports team efforts across the store and performs other tasks as assigned.

• Repetitive motion capability for short periods.
