Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Lane Bryant-Raleigh to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, lead operations, and coach the team to reach highest potential, with the flexibility to step into a managerial role when needed.

You will guide store teams to success, uphold brand standards, and support onboarding of new associates while empowering customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for styling and love of working with people
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including store systems

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences
• Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model
• Help store leaders execute daily operational actionplans
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance
• Drive results by identifying business opportunities with store leaders
• Assess schedules to maximize productivity and payroll efficiency
• Communicate daily updates to store teams and prioritize tasks
