Job summary

Chico’s Salt Lake City is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality. You will guide day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects our brand.

You will also help open/close, maintain product knowledge, manage schedules, and support inventory and cash handling. 18+ and retail leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, or lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and support to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management as needed.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions, policies and store standards.
• Support associate development and scheduling where appropriate.
• Share ideas with store leadership to improve store performance.
