Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail experience
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products (yoga, cycling, running) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with large teams
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and sales efforts to hit targets
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function
• Train and give feedback using the Customer Experience Playbook
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates and meet goals
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance shopping flow
• Unpack inventory and communicate stock/training needs
