Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at our Dadeland Mall location in Miami, FL. You will lead the customer experience, train staff, and drive sales while collaborating with the Store Manager to meet goals.

The role requires energy, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include product knowledge delivery, inventory readiness, and supporting events and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience; retail management experience a plus.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle products/brands.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and ambiguity.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement by sharing product knowledge and features.
• Train and provide feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates and hit sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards and inventory readiness.
• Unpack inventory and assist in store operations as needed.
