Cole Haan in Kentucky is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead/Sales Associate/Stock to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain visual merchandising standards. You will lead a response-driven team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure loss prevention and safety compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires flexibility, 16+ years old, and strong English communication, with experience in merchandising, inventory control, and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Related field experience preferred
• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
• Knowledge in driving sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
• Ability to lead a team to coordinate operational tasks including receiving shipments and maintaining store cleanliness
• Able to coordinate and manage a team to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in coaching and training
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Computer skills including POS Systems and Microsoft Office
