Job summary

LOFT at Chesterfield Mall, Richmond, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model excellent customer experiences. Work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will guide a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and use technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred (6 months).
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to model and lead store functions.
• Uphold brand visuals and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates to improve interactions.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas to support the team.
• Step into manager duties when needed to ensure store continuity.
