Qualifications

• Two plus years of relevant supervisor experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Guide store team to meet goals and drive store objectives.
• Enforce sales strategies and growth across store categories.
• Manage productivity and accountability for personal and team sales.
• Represent the brand as a local ambassador in mall/market.
• Resolve customer issues with forward-thinking solutions; escalate when needed.
• Develop product knowledge and coach the team on current Squishable products.
• Provide feedback and support to Store Manager to raise performance.
