Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead for its Midland store to partner with leadership, supervise the team, and support leadership tasks. You will set the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction to create memorable experiences reflecting our culture of hospitality.

You will supervise floor activities, coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards while promoting a collaborative team atmosphere among peers and leaders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Manage operations activities such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
