Job summary

Timberland, a VF Corporation brand, is seeking a Sales Lead to join our New York store. You will support store leadership by delivering personalized customer engagement and driving sales results while modeling the voice of the brand.

You will coach associates, monitor progress toward goals, provide feedback, and step in for leadership as needed. The role offers part-time hours and a path to growth within VF's retail family.

• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Proven ability to coach and develop associates and leaders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and service.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and meeting targets by tracking progress against goals.
• Coach and supervise associates; provide feedback and develop selling behaviors.
• Occasionally cover store leadership in absence of a manager and manage breaks.
