Chico's in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and set the tone for a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You’ll coach staff, manage operations, merchandise replenishment, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory; contribute to achieving goals, share brand priorities, and help develop associates while embracing teamwork.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Contribute ideas to the store leadership team and foster teamwork.
• Create a positive work environment and reflect Chico’s hospitality culture.
