Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and provide scheduling support to keep performance on track.
• Handle cash, inventory and merchandise replenishment as needed.
