You’ll coach associates, manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory, while staying current on promotions and store policies. This role requires a customer-focused mindset and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and feedback to maintain performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support store policies, promotions, and a positive work environment.
