Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 0641-Shoppes at Montage-Chico's-Moosic in Moosic, PA. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities while upholding brand standards and delivering hospitality-oriented customer experiences.

You will set the tone for achieving team goals, coach staff, manage scheduling, and contribute to a positive, collaborative store culture focused on memorable shopping experiences.

Competenze

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Assist store leadership with general store operations (opening/closing).
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling as needed.
