Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Support building and hiring a strong team through interviews and department tours.
• Foster a people-first culture by connecting with teammates to build trust and respect.
• Plan and organize store operations 30 days in advance, including workforce planning and execution of daily tasks and store events.
• Leverage teammates effectively to meet brand standards, execute programs, and delegate tasks based on priority.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, and inventory presentation.
• Assist store leadership with supervision, training, onboarding, and cross-training teammates.
• Prioritize coaching and development, providing hands-on guidance and explaining the 'why' behind tasks and processes.
• Lead by example to support organizational vision and enhance the shopping experience.
• Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and operational policies, maintaining confidentiality.
• Support the team across the store as needed and perform other tasks as assigned.
