Job DescriptionThe Sales Lead reports to a Store Manager and is instrumental in the achievement of business goals of sales, and service. The Sales Lead is a high performing member of the store team. The Sales Lead is a customer centered, friendly, attentive, productive, self-starter with a passion for retail.
A day in the store looks like this: As part of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers providing an unforgettable experience—all in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment that allows you to showcase your people skills and develop operational expertise. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
· Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
· Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment and merchandising activities as needed.
· Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
· Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
· Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
· The Sales Lead may be assigned to the Key Holder role and assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliations.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
· Proven experience in retail sales, with at least1-year related retail experience
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve sales goals.
· Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
