Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Use texting and social media tools to engage customers and grow a client following
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Perform merchandising tasks including filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready and assist teammates across departments when required
